I have long thought of Cornell West as a faux intellectual race hustler. We need to get past race hustlers of all stripes. It's as Dr Sowell has said, "Racism is not dead, but it is on life support -- kept alive by politicians, race hustlers and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as 'racists'". And not just a sense of superiority, but as we see with people like Al Sharpton, Ibram X Kendi and Cornell West, it's profitable.
